Core Talent is working with a variety of Tier 1 and Tier 2 fire protection companies that are actively seeking experienced Project Managers to lead and deliver high-quality fire services across commercial, residential, health, and government projects.

About the Role:

As a Fire Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing fire protection projects from inception through to handover. You'll manage client relationships, coordinate trades, ensure compliance with Australian Standards, and lead the successful delivery of sprinkler, hydrant, detection, and suppression systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end project delivery for fire protection systems

Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to compliance standards

Prepare project documentation, budgets, and schedules

Manage subcontractors and coordinate site operations

Conduct risk assessments and ensure WHS compliance

Attend site and client meetings, resolving any onsite issues

What We're Looking For:

3+ years' experience as a Project Manager within the fire protection industry

Strong knowledge of wet and dry fire systems

Understanding of BCA and relevant Australian Standards (AS1851, AS2419, etc.)

Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills

Proven track record in managing multiple projects or large-scale commercial developments

Fire Protection License or relevant trade background advantageous
