Country Motor Company is a long established, area landmark new car dealership located in Nowra NSW. They are seeking an experienced Service Manager to take charge of all aspects of their service department operations. The role is Monday to Friday only, and the service department operates in a brand new facility. The dealership offers security of tenure, a strong income stream and a friendly working environment. The DP is supportive and this role will be a pleasant change from the usual pressured conditions under which service managers operate.

Applicants for the position MUST have current or recent franchised car dealership experience as a Service Manager or at least as Assistant Service Manager. You will be totally reliable, have strong people handling, management, financial and organizational skills, whilst being motivated equally by customer satisfaction and profitability.

Salary will consist of a retainer around $100k, Commission, Car and Fuel. On Target Earnings can be up to $140k.
