P.J. Recruitment and Executive Search is proud to partner with Glenview Community Services to find a new Facility Manager for their Windsor residential aged care home – a 99-bed service with a strong sense of community, a specialist wing (Waratah), and a deeply human approach to care.

This isn’t a back-office job. It’s a hands-on, full-hearted role — one where you’ll walk the hallways, hear what’s happening on the floor, and help shape a home that’s calm, welcoming, and responsive to real-world care.

Windsor is on a great trajectory — compliance is sound, care teams are engaged, new overseas-trained RNs are settling in well, and the organisation has invested in strong clinical systems, capital upgrades and workforce development. Now, they’re looking for someone who can bring the place to life.

We’re looking for someone who is:

Holistic in their thinking and confident in managing both detail and people

Warm, curious, and quick to spot clinical and cultural risks — and act on them

A collaborator who builds trust, creates calm, and stays close to the action

Comfortable supporting nurses from diverse backgrounds, including those new to aged care

You’ll be surrounded by the right peers — including a Clinical Care Manager, a Dementia Specialist, and a supportive Executive Clinical lead. You’ll also contribute to monthly quality reviews, high-risk resident forums, and care planning for those with complex social and mental health needs.
