I am seeking three experienced and compassionate Clinical Care Managers to lead, support, and innovate in the delivery of aged care services in Launceston. One of these positions will focus on specialist dementia care, a unique opportunity for a leader who is passionate about improving the lives of individuals with cognitive challenges.

What You'll Do
As a Clinical Care Manager, you will:

Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary clinical team

Ensure excellence in care planning, clinical governance, and compliance

Champion person-centred care with empathy and professionalism

Collaborate with families, GPs, and allied health professionals

Use data and insight to improve outcomes and service delivery

For the dementia-specialist role: Lead the development and implementation of best-practice dementia care strategies, and support staff in delivering therapeutic, engaging care every day

Who You Are

AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse with strong clinical leadership experience

Passionate about aged care and improving quality of life

A strategic thinker and team-builder who thrives in a collaborative environment

For the dementia-specialist role: Demonstrated expertise and ongoing interest in dementia-specific care models and interventions

Much preferred for Australian candidates as sponsorship will be a last resort - local candidates are much preferred
