Your new role

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of a new Travel Management System with external stakeholders. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, from project kick-off to post-implementation support. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders across the business, ensuring efficiency and compliance. You will identify and implement opportunities for improved booking, reporting, and compliance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in system-based project management, preferably in procurement and travel management
• Strong multi-system stakeholder engagement and management is essential for this role
• Strong communication skills, written, verbal, and interpersonal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess and improve business processes
