Locations: Melbourne CBD & Northwest Melbourne | Salary: $117,579 - $132,230 + Super
We're seeking experienced Employee Relations (ER) professionals ready to make a meaningful difference in a dynamic and highly unionised environment. The Opportunities
We have three ER Business Partner roles available:
- 1 x Permanent - Melbourne CBD portfolio
- 1 x Permanent - Northwest Melbourne portfolio
- 1 x Fixed-Term (12 months) - Northwest Melbourne portfolio
Please note: Candidates must reside in the relevant portfolio region.
What You'll Do
As an ER Business Partner, you'll lead and support strategic case management and dispute resolution, act as a trusted advisor on all employee relations matters, and work closely with operational leaders to negotiate and navigate complex industrial relations issues.
You'll be at the heart of a highly collaborative team, working in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment - no two days will be the same.
What We're Looking For
- Senior HR generalist experience in complex, unionised environments
- Strong track record in case management, grievances, and dispute resolution
- Skilled in negotiation and achieving outcomes in challenging ER scenarios
- Highly resilient, solutions-focused, and confident working with ambiguity
- Proven ability to build strategic relationships and influence across all levels
- Comfortable working in environments with strong union presence
Salary & Benefits
- $117,579.12 - $132,230.29 p.a. plus super
