What You’ll Be Doing

Lead innovative, donor-centric acquisition campaigns across digital, print, and telemarketing channels.

Use data and insights to identify new prospective legacy supporters and build a strong acquisition pipeline.

Craft inspiring, informative content to educate and engage audiences about leaving a gift in their Will.

Work alongside talented agency partners and internal stakeholders to bring campaigns to life.

Leverage CRM tools (like Salesforce) to track performance, optimise journeys, and report on impact.

Continuously test, learn, and evolve campaigns based on performance insights and market trends.

What You’ll Bring

2+ years’ experience in direct marketing, mid-level giving, or Gift in Wills programs

Proven success in delivering multi-channel donor acquisition campaigns

Solid digital marketing expertise—SEO, social media advertising, email marketing, and surveys

Proficiency with CRMs (Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge or similar) and a strong data-driven approach

Exceptional communication, copywriting, and project management skills

Collaborative mindset with the ability to engage stakeholders across teams

Tertiary qualification in Fundraising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (desirable)

We provide evidence-based advice, information, education, employment support, and around the clock support through our residential care services, as well as contributing funds to MS research.
