The opportunity

Pulse Orthopaedics is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Clinical Support Specialist. You will primarily based in hospital operating theatres, playing a crucial role in supporting our Orthopaedic product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Providing on-site technical support to healthcare professionals on the use of our orthopaedic products
• Assisting with product demonstrations and educating customers on the features and benefits of our solutions
• Responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting any product-related issues
• Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and support provided
• Participating in ongoing product training and introduction of new products
• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices

What we're looking for

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Experience in a similar clinical support role - not essential but advantageous
• Experience in hospitals or allied healthcare - not essential but advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with healthcare professionals
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Victorian drivers licence
