We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist fluent in both Mandarin and English to take the lead in engaging Chinese-speaking audiences through strategic digital campaigns and culturally relevant content. This is a unique opportunity to shape and grow a key market segment with autonomy and creativity while working within a dynamic, cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns targeted at Chinese-speaking audiences in Australia.

Manage and grow presence across key platforms: Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), WeChat, Weibo, and relevant Australian channels.

Plan, localize, and publish bilingual content that resonates with our brand and audience.

Track campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies to meet engagement and conversion goals.

Conduct research on industry trends, cultural insights, and competitor activity within the Chinese-speaking consumer segment.

Collaborate with internal teams across product, sales, and content to ensure aligned messaging and promotions.

Skills & Experience Required

Fluency in Mandarin and English – written and verbal communication must be excellent.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role, ideally focused on Chinese or multicultural audiences.

Proven track record managing marketing content and paid campaigns on platforms such as Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Weibo, and Douyin.

Strong understanding of the skincare, supplements, and nutrition industry, with a genuine interest in health and wellbeing.

Experience working in or with cross-cultural teams and communicating brand messages effectively across audiences.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives.
