Key Responsibilities

Lead workplace projects from concept through to completion, ensuring strong design outcomes

Manage client relationships, brief development, and stakeholder engagement

Mentor and guide junior and mid-level designers across project stages

Oversee documentation and ensure quality and consistency across all deliverables

Work closely with directors and contribute to broader studio strategy

Skills & Experience

8+ years of professional interior design experience, with workplace project leadership essential

Proficiency in Revit and strong technical documentation skills

Proven experience managing client-facing relationships and project teams

Strong design sensibility with a strategic mindset

Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership capabilities
