CELOTTI WORKFORCE are seeking a Construction Lead to work FIFO on a NT mine site.

• Immediate Start
• $90-$105 per hour flat rate
• 2:1 Roster
• 12-hour days.
• Meals, accommodation and flights included (from Darwin only)

Role Description:

• Accountable for the construction of small – medium sized projects with support from engineering, procurement and project controls teams.
• Lead a team of project supervisors, providing direction and guidance to support the safe execution of projects.
• Participate in risk assessments, review job safety assessments and conduct in field safety interactions.
• Responsible for planning and scheduling jobs and providing schedule updates for reporting purposes.
• Scope jobs along with project supervisors and provide schedule and cost estimates to stakeholders for approval.

Successful candidates will require the following:

• Thorough understanding of quality assurance activities required for relevant aspects of construction
• Minimum 10 years relevant industry experience
• Must have trade or engineering qualifications
