Duties:

• Allocations and receipting of payments
• Credit applications - setting up new accounts and credit limits
• Guiding customers around credit processes
• Taking accounts on and off hold and explaining reasoning behind holds to customers
• Collections of amounts due on accounts, leading to a reduction of outstanding debtors whilst maintaining excellent customer relationships
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
• High volume phone and email collections to ensure debt is kept to a minimum
• Weekly reporting

About you:

• Highly motivated and results oriented with a great attitude
• 1 years + experience within commercial credit (NOT financial services)
• A team player - my client prides themselves on their culture and ability to work together as a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, well supported by an engaging, professional, manner
• Excellent MS Office Suite proficiency with emphasis on Excel
