About the Company:
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Finance Partner to join a highly respected institution in a key strategic role. Supporting complex and high-profile business units, this role will suit someone who thrives in a large, matrixed environment and enjoys delivering financial insights that shape organizational outcomes.
Reporting into a senior finance leader, you’ll work across budgeting, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and financial policy development. You’ll drive performance improvement initiatives, champion financial best practice, and play a central role in enabling informed, strategic decisions.
Role responsibilities:
Lead financial planning & performance analysis for assigned divisions, supporting strategic priorities and enhancing operational effectiveness.
Deliver tailored financial services, including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and risk analysis, aligned with business unit goals.
Drive process and systems improvement, streamlining reporting, compliance, and cost control mechanisms across departments.
Provide trusted advice on financial governance, commercial decision-making, and policy adherence to senior stakeholders.
Build strong stakeholder relationships to influence outcomes, resolve issues, and align finance with broader organizational goals.
Contribute to the development and review of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls, supporting organizational risk management.
Oversee financial reporting and compliance, ensuring timely, accurate reporting across general ledger, project costings, and planning activities.
About you:
CA/CPA qualification and a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
Experience in a large, complex organization, ideally within a regulated industry.
Proven background in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to accuracy and compliance.
