The primary purpose of this role is to develop, implement and manage effective financial and management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for all our client capital, IT and PMO projects. The position is also responsible for recommending, implementing, and maintaining robust internal controls across all projects.

Description

Projects - Finance Business Partner will be responsible for:

• Providing strategic financial insights and analysis to support decision-making processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide effective reporting of all types of capital spend including forecasting to multiple layers of the organisation, including Board, Executive level, Operational teams, and Project Managers.
• Supervising budget controls and ensuring the accuracy of forecasts to maintain financial project viability.
• Continuously evaluating and enhancing internal control protocols to uphold Calvary's financial asset protection and compliance standards.
• Acting as a liaison between finance and project teams to facilitate effective communication and alignment of financial objectives; and
• Leveraging robust analytical capabilities and a profound understanding of project management principles, the Projects - Finance Business Partner will play a pivotal role in driving successful execution of their initiatives while ensuring the integrity of its financial operations.

Profile

• A CA/CPA Qualification
• Experience working on projects and working with project managers (there are large projects that are due to take place in the next year)
• Experience in the healthcare industry (this is not mandatory)
• Experience using TechOne ERP (this is not mandatory)
• Three years' experience in a similar role
