Position: National Operations Co-Ordinator
Job Description: In this newly created Wangara based role, as National Operations Co-Ordinator at Environex you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth, consistent and efficient day to day operations across our 3 manufacturing sites and 2 storage facilities. Your primary responsibilities will be ensuring the administrative side of manufacturing planning, material supply and efficient intercompany and interstate freight is co-ordinated to ensure maximum efficiency.
Responsibilities:
· Utilise reorder reports to ensure correct stock levels are maintained at each warehouse
· Maintain and process work orders for each of the manufacturing facilities
· Review shortage reports and liaise with the Procurement Manager to ensure production inputs are kept above minimum levels
· Drive the manufacturing schedule for each of the facilities in collaboration with the site managers
· Liaise with our SA and VIC toll blenders to keep toll blend items levels at our max requirements each month
· Take control of ordering for 3 manufacturing sites bulk commodities
· Control the schedule for deliveries of bulk commodities into each manufacturing facility
· Freight analysis and cost control for freight Out – freight negotiations for best value approach
· Understudy to Procurement manager
· Raise purchase orders for tail end of inventory value.
· Analyse invoiced order reports.
· Monitor warehousing costs
· Monitor chep pallet costs – de hiring
· Attend daily production meeting with view to be the driver of these meetings to ensure accountability and business improvement.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in operations co-ordination, logistics or project management
· Strong organisational and multitasking skills
· Experience using PRONTO Xi
· Experience using Microsoft suite
· Data Driven Mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
