About the role

A-Plus Contracting & Poly Welding Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced dewatering/pumping technicians to join our team in Branxton, NSW. You will play a crucial part in our clients mining operations, ensuring efficient and effective dewatering processes to support our clients' mining activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain dewatering equipment, including pumps, HDPE pipes, and hoses

Install and maintain dewatering installations, including poly pipe welding

Monitor water levels and flow rates to optimize dewatering performance

Perform routine inspections and maintenance on dewatering systems

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with dewatering equipment

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Maintain detailed records and provide reports on dewatering activities

Collaborate with the wider mining operations team to achieve project goals

Essential Requirements:

Drivers Licence unrestricted

Must have prior mines experience with Pumps

Poly Welding Ticket

Dogman Ticket (desirable)

Chainsaw ticket (desirable)
