We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Program Support Officer to play a critical role in delivering our NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) and DSOA (Disability Support for Older Australians) services.
In this key position, you will manage financial administration, support operational processes, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Your expertise will directly contribute to our clients' well-being and our programs' effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process and manage NDIS and DSOA claims, invoicing, and reconciliation
Maintain and update client registers, prepare quotes, and create service agreements
Ensure compliance with program regulations and maintain meticulous financial records
Deliver excellent customer service to clients, their families, and key stakeholders
Support client intake and onboarding procedures, including risk assessments
Collaborate with team members and external partners to deliver program outcomes
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement service enhancements
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy standards in all client interactions
What We’re Looking For:
Certificate IV in Accounting or Bookkeeping (minimum)
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Human Services, or a related field (desirable)
Demonstrated experience working within the NDIS framework and DSOA services
Proven ability to manage invoicing, claims processing, and account reconciliation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
Competence in using digital client management systems and office software
High attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach
