As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Service Manager to lead our Core Supports team.
About the Role
The Service Manager will play a pivotal leadership role in overseeing the delivery of Core Supports, including support work, community access, mentoring, and in-home support. This role involves supervising staff, coordinating services, ensuring compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguarding standards, and maintaining strong relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of Core Support services
Supervise and support service coordinators and support staff
Oversee rostering, staff onboarding, and training
Ensure service delivery aligns with participant goals and NDIS plans
Maintain compliance with all NDIS and workplace health & safety requirements
Engage with participants, families, and stakeholders to build trust and promote services
Monitor service quality and implement improvements where needed
Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and service development
About You
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership role within the disability or community services sector
Strong understanding of the NDIS framework, especially Core Supports
Experience supervising staff and managing service delivery
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Proficient in client management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Relevant qualifications in Disability, Social Work, Community Services, or a related field
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, and valid driver’s licence
