The Company
This organisation is one of the country’s quiet achievers - a large-scale network with deep roots in the community and an ambitious plan for growth. With hundreds of branches across Australia and New Zealand, they bring together expert practitioners, operational know-how and a shared vision for delivering better services. Having recently transitioned to private equity ownership, the business is focused on capability uplift - building smarter systems, scalable processes and a finance function that can match the pace of expansion. It’s an environment where finance has a seat at the table and a clear mandate to lead.
