The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven Senior Management Accountant to work closely with senior leaders and bring data to life through actionable insights. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a hands-on role in budgeting, forecasting, business performance analysis, and financial reporting – all within a multi-entity, multi-revenue stream environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver rolling 13-month forecasts and annual three-year budget models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Provide financial insight and support to operational leaders across multiple departments and locations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse KPIs and business performance metrics
• Identify and recommend opportunities for cost optimisation and resource efficiency
• Support the development of financial and commercial reporting tools
• Assist with month-end close, reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Partner with the BI and Commercial teams to improve systems, processes, and tools
• Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and contribute to capex planning, ROI modelling, and project evaluation

About You

• CA or CPA qualified
• Strong background in management accounting or commercial finance
• Advanced Excel skills (Power Query essential); SQL knowledge desirable
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across multiple entities or revenue streams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders
• Analytical, process-driven, and solutions-focused
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with strong attention to detail
• Prior experience in asset-heavy or service-based industries is highly regarded
