Are you a spreadsheet-loving, detail-obsessed finance pro who wants more than just a job? We’re on the hunt for a Management Accountant to join our awesome client in Brisbane’s Northern Suburbs. This is your chance to dive into a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same – and where your work really makes a difference.

The Role

You’ll be the go-to person for all things finance across a bunch of their business entities. If you love ticking things off your to-do list, solving problems before they happen, and spotting a misplaced decimal from a mile away – you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

Finance stuff (the fun kind)

• Keep finances in check across multiple entities
• Chat with outsourced providers (they’re nice, promise)
• Keep budgets, cash flow, and reporting in ship-shape
• Make sure everyone gets paid on time, no processing though (very popular role!)
• Reconcile like a boss – bank entries, trust accounts, credit cards, you name it

Tax + People stuff

• Handle super, tax, WorkCover, and all the legal bits
• Help onboard new team members and keep HR records tidy
• Assist with salary reviews, bonuses, and the occasional celebration 🎉
• Reporting & Business Insights
• Pull together reports that help them plan and grow
• Spot trends, flag issues, and share smart ideas
• Make sure invoicing is smooth and on time

What You Bring

• A degree in Accounting and either CPA or CA (or working towards it)
• Experience juggling finances across multiple entities
• You know your way around Xero, Dext, Excel, and the usual Office tools
• Super detail-focused, but you don’t sweat the small stuff
• A team player with a great attitude and a sense of humour
