Your Opportunity
Are you a confident communicator with a flair for building relationships and a passion for sales support?
We’re looking for a Central Sales Coordinator/Telemarketer to join our team and play a key role in turning leads into loyal customers.
Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, this is a front-line role that focuses on engaging new prospects, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and connecting them with our Business Development Managers for conversion.
You’ll work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to help drive growth across our national transport and logistics business.
What You’ll Be Doing
Calling warm leads and prospects to understand their needs and qualify opportunities
Booking meetings and handovers with BDMs to help close new business
Following up on quotes and proposals to support sales conversions
Managing incoming enquiries via phone and email (1300 number and sales inbox)
Updating and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
Supporting marketing campaigns and reporting on lead progress
Assisting the sales team with admin tasks, presentations, and reporting
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Strong communication skills and confidence in cold calling
Excellent organisation, data entry, and time management skills
A proactive attitude and the ability to handle objections with professionalism
Experience in transport, logistics, or freight (preferred but not essential)
CRM system experience and solid Microsoft Office skills
A customer-first mindset and a drive to help the team succeed
How Your Success Will Be Measured
Making 180+ CRM contacts per week
Assisting to convert prospects
Actioning all web and phone enquiries accurately and on time
Providing accurate and timely admin and support to the sales team
