- Port Melbourne location with free street parking available;
- Fully paid rostered day off once per month;
- Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm;

No payroll experience? That’s completely fine.
All we need is your fabulous attitude and a willingness to learn, and the provided training will have you a payroll expert in no time.
Working within the Construction/Trade space, your main responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing, entering and approving timesheets (2-3 days per week);
- Allocating pay costings to projects;
- Administrative support to the Project Management team;
- Managing service orders, purchase orders and invoicing;
- Database management including client files & new suppliers;
- Management of project documentation and site reports;
- Liaising with stakeholders, suppliers and project teams both on and off site;
- Filing and archiving;
- Spreadsheet management and document creation; and
- Use of PRONTO and SIMPRO – training provided.
To be considered for this position, we are seeking:
- Some administration experience, including data entry and working with numbers;
- A genuine interest in learning payroll;
- The ability to work full time, in the Port Melbourne office;
- A friendly, team-focused attitude;
- Strong MS Excel skills; and
- Proven ability to meet daily and weekly deadlines.
