Fins Swim School is a privately owned indoor heated Swim School located in Kotara. The School has been operating since November 2016 and continually experiencing exponential growth. We teach children aged from 3 months to 14 years of age.

We have developed a strong "TEAM" culture and values with a focus on educating and teaching in a fun positive environment for both staff and clients.

Our programs which have been developed over the last 30 years are unique and successful resulting great outcomes and learning for our swimmers and families.

We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service / Administration Manager with the personality to be the face of our day to day business. The position has a combination of duties including but not limited to;

"Wowing" our customers

Shaping the future direction of this business

Problem Solving

Regular day to day duties including maintaining our database, greeting customers etc

No previous Swim School experience is necessary however, a passion and belief for the importance of teaching children to swim in a FUN and SAFE environment is.
