· Proven experience in clothing alterations, including tailoring, hemming, and garment repairs

· High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality

· A sense of pride in your workmanship and a passion for creating perfect finishes

· Ability to manage workflow to meet customer deadlines

· A flexible and collaborative approach to working with our retail and hire teams

· Great communication skills and a customer-focussed mindset
