About the Role

As our Team Leader/Practice Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinic operations, leading a small but skilled team, and working alongside the Clinic Director to support the clinic’s growth and performance. It’s a role that combines strategy and systems with genuine care for people - your team and our patients.

What You Bring

You’re an organised, proactive, and compassionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You understand that leadership is about relationships, consistency, and clear expectations.

You bring:

Previous experience in business or practice/clinic management (healthcare preferred)

Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills

Confidence with systems like Cliniko (or similar)

Strong administrative and organisational abilities

A balance of kindness and accountability

A hands-on, calm-under-pressure approach, with high standards and a focus on continuous improvement

Whether you’ve led a business/clinic before or are ready to step up into a bigger leadership role, this role is about more than managing admin and podiatrists - it’s about creating an environment where great care and great teamwork can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the team: Mentor and support front desk/admin staff, contribute to a strong and collaborative team culture

Oversee operations: Help our team manage appointments, rosters, stock, and clinic flow

Champion patient experience: Ensure every client feels welcomed and supported, and manage feedback constructively

Support Clinic Growth: Work collaboratively with leadership and our marketing team to support reputation-building and community presence across Google, social platforms, and referral networks. Maintain professional relationships with referring practitioners and contribute to a consistent, high-quality public image.

Maintain compliance: Ensure systems meet Medicare and private health requirements, and find opportunities to improve internal processes
