What We Offer
Stable, ongoing work – minimum 15 hours per week
Regular shift patterns with some flexibility
Shifts ranging from 3 to 8 hours, including double shifts and passive sleepovers

Position 1 – Support Worker (15+ hours/week)
Position 2 – Youth Support Worker (15+ hours/week)
Position 3 – Administration Officer (15+ hours/week to start)
Support Worker & Youth Support Worker | Key Responsibilities
We’re looking for experienced, passionate individuals who can confidently support participants across:
High-intensity supports (bowel care, PEG feeding, dysphagia, wound care, sub-cut injections, etc.)
Personal care and daily living assistance
Supported Independent Living (SIL) environments
Community participation, mentoring, and engagement
Working with people with Autism, psychosocial disability, and neurodiversity
Managing behaviours of concern with Positive Behaviour Support Plans
Using trauma-informed and strength-based approaches
Supporting education, independence, and routine development
Administration Officer | Role Overview
Based in our Norwood office, you’ll be a key part of our team, providing efficient and friendly day-to-day support to staff, participants, and leadership.
Key duties include:
Responding to phone and email enquiries professionally and empathetically
Scheduling meetings and assisting the rostering team
Managing staff and participant records and documentation
Supporting onboarding, compliance, and NDIS check processes
General admin: filing, data entry, reporting, and office maintenance
Ad hoc support tasks as needed
To be successful, you'll have:
Prior admin or reception experience (NDIS, disability, or health sector preferred)
Strong attention to detail and time management
Confident phone and communication skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems (e.g. ShiftCare)
A collaborative mindset and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced setting
Required:
National Police Check (within 12 months)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Valid Driver’s Licence
Comprehensive Car Insurance (required for support workers)
