About Our Client:
One of Sydney's most highly regarded IFA's is seeking a passionate and driven Financial Adviser to join their exceptional team. There is an existing client book to take over due to the growth of the firm and equity is on the table for the right person.
About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Director, you will play a critical role in delivering tailored financial strategies to a diverse and growing client base. Your mission will be to help clients grow and protect their wealth, actively acquire new customers, and strengthen existing relationships. With access to strong referral networks and a supportive team, you’ll have everything you need to thrive in building long-term partnerships and creating meaningful impact in clients’ financial lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in consultative discussions with clients to uncover their financial goals and deliver holistic, tailored advice.
Guide clients through key decisions around wealth protection, investment structuring, and balancing personal and business financial priorities.
Demonstrate commercial acumen and cultivate lasting relationships with both clients and stakeholders.
Develop and present financial plans that uphold the highest ethical and professional standards.
Skills & Experience Required:
Degree qualified in a relevant field.
Proven Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) experience (essential).
FASEA qualified (or near completion).
3–10+ years of experience in the Financial Services sector.
Advanced technical skills with the ability to simplify complex strategies for clients.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong influencing and presentation capabilities.
A proactive, client-focused approach, paired with a hunger to achieve and exceed expectations.
