A well-established accounting and financial advice firm is seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to take over a high-quality book of approximately 75 high-net-worth clients.

Clients have average funds under management ranging from $1M to $5M, with many longstanding relationships supported by consistent referrals through the firm’s accounting division. This is a key role within the business, with a clear pathway to equity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and service an existing book of 75 HNW clients

Provide strategic financial advice across superannuation, investments, retirement planning, and intergenerational wealth

Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and integrity

Work collaboratively with internal accountants and support staff to deliver integrated advice

Identify opportunities to deepen client engagement and grow FUM organically

Ensure advice delivery and documentation meet regulatory and compliance standards

To Be Successful, You Will Need:

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Financial Adviser

Relevant qualifications (e.g. Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning, FASEA compliant)

Proven experience managing HNW or sophisticated clients

Strong technical knowledge across investment, superannuation, and retirement strategies

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

A client-first mindset, with a focus on long-term outcomes

Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
