Position Title: Siebel Developer
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 22/05/2026
Pay Rate: Max $1100 per day
Location: CBD– 3 days per week

About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Siebel Developer to join our team for a long-term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Siebel solutions in line with user requirements and system specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Hands-on Siebel 8+ Open UI development, including configuration, eScripts, workflows, and EAI.

Expertise in Siebel REST API, Open UI JavaScript, and CSS.

Strong knowledge of Siebel architecture, workspaces, server management, data migration, and performance tuning.

Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Work in a large, complex enterprise environment supporting critical systems.

Participate in after-hours work when required to meet business needs.

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

• Proven experience in firsthand coding/configuration, extensive experience in Siebel 8+ Open UI development, including configuration, eScripts, workflows, Enterprise Application integration (EAI), Siebel REST API, Open UI JavaScript, and CSS
• Working knowledge of Siebel architecture, workspaces, server management and monitoring, database and stored procedures, data migration, Siebel upgrade, and performance tuning
• Experience in translating business requirements into Siebel design and development. Basic business analysis and consulting skills, including engaging business clients and capturing requirements, identifying gaps, and collecting information required for Siebel design and development.
• Considerable experience in a large and complex commercial environment and delivering enterprise systems with high availability and supporting business-critical services.
• Ability to collaborate closely with a team of software engineers from different disciplines, as well as business analysts; ability to work under high pressure and tight timeframes.
• Be flexible and sometimes work outside business hours to deliver business functionalities.
• Oracle Siebel Open UI Developer certifications and a tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
