Pay rate: Up to $1,100/day plus superannuation

About the Role

We’re currently seeking an experienced Software and Applications Developer to join a dynamic team on a key government program. This role focuses on the design, development, and support of Siebel-based enterprise applications in a complex and high-demand environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on development, configuration, and maintenance using Siebel 8+ Open UI, including scripting (eScript), workflows, EAI, REST API, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Translate functional requirements into effective Siebel designs and customisations.
• Manage Siebel architectural components including workspaces, performance tuning, and server monitoring.
• Contribute to database interactions, stored procedures, data migration, and upgrade activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and business analysts to deliver and support enterprise-grade solutions.
• Adapt to changing priorities, including occasional work outside standard business hours to meet delivery goals.

Skills and Experience Required

• Deep expertise in Siebel Open UI development across multiple project lifecycles.
• Strong technical understanding of Siebel platform architecture, configuration, and integration points.
• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders to clarify needs and deliver scalable technical outcomes.
• Experience in fast-paced, enterprise environments with mission-critical systems.
• Effective communication and teamwork in multi-disciplinary technical teams.
