PERSOLKELLY are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Mobile Full Stack Developer to join dynamic digital development team within State Government.

You will have the opportunity to design, build, and maintain end-to-end solutions using the latest technologies for digital initiative projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to develop our iOS and Android applications, integrating them with cloud services in an agile manner.
• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure high-quality, organized, and automated solutions.
• Work closely with design and business teams to brainstorm new ideas that optimize user experience across tablets and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with the team to determine the best solutions for challenging engineering problems.
• Develop and maintain backend APIs and cloud-based serverless architectures.
• Ensure the end-to-end integration of front-end and back-end systems.

Essential Skills:

• Commercial experience developing iOS and Android applications, with proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, or Flutter
• Strong knowledge of Storyboards, Auto Layout, UIKit, Material Design, Multi-threading, and/or CoreData.
• Experience with Reactive Functional programming frameworks, Xcode + Instruments, and interfacing with REST back-ends.
• Proficiency in unit and UI testing using Apple's XCTest framework.
• Familiarity with modern Android frameworks and best practices.
• Excellent knowledge of common UI libraries, themes, and adherence to Apple's HIG or Google's Material Design.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Experience in publishing applications to the iTunes and Google Play app stores.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience working in agile and scrum methodologies within a collaborative environment.
• Commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of high-quality products.
• A creative and entrepreneurial mindset, passionate about working with the latest technologies.
• Experience with Flutter for cross-platform development, as well as languages like Dart, Swift, and Kotlin.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Firebase, and serverless architectures, including Node.js.
• Experience with backend API development and cloud-based serverless technologies.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Strong communication skills, good organizational abilities, and the capacity to work independently during high-load periods.

Backend API and Cloud-Based Serverless Skills:

• Proficiency in developing and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of serverless architectures and services like AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, or Google Cloud Functions.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) and SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Understanding of security best practices for APIs and cloud environments.
