Greenfield Project with a Market Leading Fintech in Growth Mode
TheDriveGroup is working with a long-term client to build a brand new team. This tech focused fintech is growing fast and kicking off a major digital transformation. They’re looking for two Senior .NET Engineers to join a fresh squad from the ground up.

You’ll be joining a company known for hiring top developers. The tech team is smart, collaborative and committed to engineering best practices. As a Senior Engineer, you’ll help shape the success of greenfield projects with a strong focus on clean code, high test coverage, and SOLID principles.

The roles come with a strong focus either on frontend or backend services. One role leans more toward React and building user friendly features, while the other is backend heavy with a focus on scalable APIs and strong GraphQL skills. If you’re confident in either area and bring solid .NET experience, you’ll fit right in.

There’s real career progression here. Many of their engineers have moved into Tech Lead roles over time. You’ll also enjoy flexibility, great work life balance, and a hybrid setup with time split between home and the Sydney CBD office.

This starts as a twelve month rolling contract with plenty of work ahead for the right people.
