We are a small but expanding large luxury custom home builder and developer who focus is in the Brisbane market with some works on the Gold Coast. We focus on being a one stop shop for our clients and provide a personal and trusted experience. Building around 5-8 houses per year currently.

We are a young team looking for highly motivated and committed individuals to join us.

Qualifications & experience

Carpentry or similar trade experience

Handyman with multiple trades when small works are required

Driver’s license

Construction white card

Ability to read and interpret building plans and specifications

Good organisation and communication skills

Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Basic computer & phone skills

Tasks & responsibilities

All types of handyman works on new custom homes and some large renovations

Carpenter works on new custom homes

Assisting organising trades for site works

Completing quality checks

Reviewing subcontractor scopes with trades

Calling up and checking material deliveries

Assist in scheduling trades with dates and planning

Site set up and record keeping

Site safety checks and implementation

Material handling

Required to work efficiently alone and take initiative to complete works required

Take charge attitude and willing to do anything to get the job done
