You have 5+ years of experience as a carpenter, primarily in renovations. You’re great at what you do, but you’re not being challenged enough in your current role. You know you’re capable of more.

In past projects, you’ve successfully delivered work on time while collaborating well with other trades. You understand that communication is key—whether it’s with teammates or clients.

You enjoy working in a team environment, and you take pride in creating great results alongside other skilled professionals. You’re friendly, honest, reliable, and motivated.

No experience running jobs or coordinating trades
Doesn’t like dealing with clients
Not based in Rockhampton / CQ Region
Prefers working alone instead of in a team
Doesn’t take responsibility for tasks

Your Role & Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality renovation projects to clients
Ensure projects are built to industry standards and client expectations
Constantly improve processes to increase efficiency
Manage and organise on-site jobs, overseeing contractors and schedules
Coordinate site teams and ensure smooth job execution
Identify and resolve system issues, creating better systems to prevent recurrence
Work closely with the Project Manager to support daily operations
Strive to be remarkable, exceeding expectations in all aspects of your work

Preferred Qualifications:

Qualified Carpenter/Joiner, Supervisor, or equivalent trade experience
5+ years of post-apprenticeship experience
Own tools, vehicle, and valid driver’s licence
