About the Position:

You’ll advise across a broad range of transactions — from non-bank lending and eight-figure loan settlements to regulatory licensing and AML compliance. You’ll be free to shape your own strategy, lean into innovation, and work closely with Directors who are as commercially-minded as you are. Key Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience in banking & financial services law
• Track record in advising lenders, borrowers or funds
• Commercially-savvy and self-motivated
• Partial practice or high-growth potential
