Overview:

An exciting opportunity exists for a seasoned Senior Audit Manager with strong technology audit experience to join a dynamic internal audit function within a leading financial services group. This role will suit an audit professional who enjoys working on complex technical audits and thrives in stakeholder-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit projects of medium to high complexity with a focus on technology and cyber domains.
• Deliver high-quality audit outcomes in areas such as security, cloud, APIs, infrastructure, CI/CD, and platforms.
• Provide clear, commercial, and value-adding insights to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of audits aligned with internal methodology and professional standards.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of internal auditors, driving performance and growth.
• Collaborate effectively with senior management and contribute to the overall internal audit plan and resource allocation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Demonstrated expertise in business AND technology audits within a financial services or regulated environment.
• Strong working knowledge of security, network, infrastructure, agile development, and cloud technologies.
• Experience in application controls and system-driven control environments.
• Confident communicator with exceptional stakeholder engagement and report writing skills.
• Familiarity with program and project delivery (Agile/Waterfall) and digital transformation initiatives.
• Relevant tertiary and professional qualifications (e.g., CISA, CIA, CISSP, CA/CPA) are highly desirable.
