We’re searching for a confident Finance Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, work closely with senior leadership, and help guide the business through its next phase of growth.

Your Role Will Include:

• Leading all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Driving month-end close, management reporting and analysis for key stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, standards, and internal controls
• Overseeing AP, AR, payroll, BAS, and general ledger activities
• Supporting project managers with accurate job costing and financial tracking
• Collaborating with external accountants, auditors, and suppliers
• Managing and developing a small accounts team
• Implementing process improvements to enhance financial systems and reporting

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in a finance leadership role, construction industry is a must
• Solid understanding of financial compliance, reporting, and job costing
• Proficiency in accounting systems – Jobpac experience is highly regarded
• Strong communication skills with a practical, solution-focused approach
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
