BCE & CJ Electrical is currently seeking a motivated and reliable Hydro Excavator Operator / Electrical Trade Assistant to join our crew.

This dual-role position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, supporting our hydro excavation operations and assisting our qualified electricians on-site.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

Operate hydro excavation equipment for non-destructive digging.

Assist in locating and exposing underground services.

Provide hands-on support to electricians across multiple open space infrastructure projects.

Help with general labouring and site preparation tasks.

Maintain safety, cleanliness, and efficiency on all worksites.

What We’re Looking For

Experience operating hydro excavation equipment (preferred but not essential).

Electrical trade assistant experience or willingness to learn.

White Card (Construction Induction Card) – mandatory.

Current driver's licence (HR or MR licence a plus).

A strong work ethic, team attitude and commitment to safety.
