We’re hiring an experienced insurance professional who can confidently connect with customers, explain cover options clearly, and deliver outstanding service over the phone. You'll be joining a supportive, fast-paced environment with a strong team culture and lots of potential growth pathways.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking inbound calls from customers looking to purchase or update travel insurance policies
• Explaining policy benefits, features, and exclusions in a clear, customer-friendly way
• Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable cover options
• Providing a seamless, compliant, and engaging customer experience
• Meeting individual and team-based performance targets (sales, service, and compliance)

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in phone-based insurance sales or service (any line of insurance)
• A confident communicator with a natural ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing accurate, compliant information
• Resilience, positivity, and the ability to thrive in a performance-focused team environment
• Must be Sydney based and be able to travel to the CBD several times per week
