About the role

Join Custom Wizard's team as an Inbound Sales Specialist based in Sydney, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers and converting sales leads through exceptional consultative selling and relationship building. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing sales environment and contribute to the company's continued growth and success.

What you'll be doing

Handle inbound calls and online enquiries from past & potential customers

Provide expert product knowledge and consultative advice to customers

Present solutions that align with customer requirements

Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales in a timely manner

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities

Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other's success

Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives

What we're looking for

NO experience in sales or customer service role required

Exceptional time management & organisational skills

Strong problem-solving and dynamic, critical thinking ability

Able to work well independently and as part of a wider production team

Candidates should possess strong computer skills and be proficient in using Office & various software applications

Passion for providing exceptional customer service and achieving KPIs & sales targets
