What your role will include

Deliver in home/gym/online based exercise interventions and programs for clients with chronic health conditions and disabilities.

Providing exercise physiology for older clients, disability and CDM sectors completing home visits.

Location:

Byron Bay and Ballina with travel to surrounding areas

Essential Criteria:

Demonstrated excellent interpersonal communication skills, with excellent ability to liaise with all treatment providers/stake holders.

Excellent time management and organisational capacity (including schedule and caseload management)

Ability to work both independently and in team environments

Ability to conduct assessments, management plans, reports, individual treatment programs and group sessions regarding chronic disease/injury management, falls prevention (including clients at high falls risk), NDIS, work cover and other clientele within AEP scope of practice.

Willingness to complete client attraction and increase awareness of EP services within the community

Experience and willingness to work with elderly clientele

Experience completing home visits

Strong motivation to provide excellent client experiences.

Experienced in the use of practice management software, exercise apps, excel and word.

Accredited Exercise Physiologist and member of ESSA

Hold professional indemnity insurance

Driver’s license, own reliable car and laptop computer

Willing to travel in local area, between above locations.

Preferred Criteria:

1+ years experience as an AEP within the rehabilitation field

1+ years experience working with elderly (high falls risk), and people with disabilities (NDIS)
