We're looking for an AEP who is committed to improving patients’ health, mobility, and quality of life through tailored, exercise-based rehabilitation.
About the Role
This is a full-time position working across two clinic locations:
3 days in Penrith
2 days in Fairfield
You'll be part of a thriving allied health team, working in private treatment rooms connected to a modern commercial gym with access to hydrotherapy facilities. The team includes Physiotherapist, Podiatrist and a Dietitian, creating a dynamic and collaborative environment for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised exercise programs for DVA, NDIS, Medicare, and private insurance clients
Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve function, mobility, strength, and overall wellbeing
Support clients in managing chronic conditions, injuries, or disabilities in both clinical and gym settings
Collaborate with other health professionals to deliver integrated care
Accurately document patient progress and outcomes

About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
A degree in Exercise Physiology
Current ESSA Accreditation as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP)
Professional indemnity and public liability insurance
Current First Aid and CPR certification
A valid Police Check
Reliable transport and a valid driver’s license
A compassionate, proactive and results-focused approach to client care
