About the role

Provide client centered and evidence based rehab to a diverse caseload (Private, NDIS, Workcover, Medicare, DVA, Lifecare).

Progression into specialised areas and creating your own caseloads (eg. Paediatrics, MSK, Neuro) based upon your clinical growth/interests.

Delivery of in clinic and community based group exercise classes

Communicate and build relationships with doctors, rehab providers and other health professionals. Yes, the GPs refer directly to you!

See ~6-8 clients a day, including specialised group exercise classes, have time dedicated for PD, mentoring, meetings and notes (never be expected to take work home or answer a call after work hours!)

About You

You’re passionate about Exercise Physiology and promoting exercise as medicine

You provide above the board and timely service to all clients

You have a keen interest in working with children and people living with disability (particularly mental health)

You are confident to work independently and willingness to work as part of a team

You have a current drivers license and vehicle

You hold a recognised qualification as an Exercise Physiologist, accreditation with ESSA and hold your own insurance

You have excellent communication skills and report writing skills
