About the Role

• Office located in Aspley
• Work closely with a dynamic team of Property Managers
• Conduct routine property inspections
• Process rental applications and assist with leasing
• Host open homes and support tenant onboarding
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up as needed
• Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, and trades

About You

• Minimum 1 Year's experience in a similar real estate support role
• Hold a current QLD Certificate of Registration and Driver’s License
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
• Positive, proactive, and a true team player
