YOU’RE RIGHT FOR THIS IF YOU...

✅ Have 2+ years in senior hospitality leadership (venue, restaurant, or bar)
✅ Know how to build teams, drive service, and deliver P&L results
✅ Bring a fun, fearless, and fired-up vibe to every shift
✅ Can own operations from open to close, scheduling, payroll, costs, reviews, and training
✅ Know how to energise a room, coach a team, and wow every guest
✅ Are available afternoons and evenings across the full week, including weekends

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead daily operations and guest experience

Coach FOH/BOH to hit service and sales targets

Manage rosters, labour %, and cost control

Resolve issues fast—on the floor and behind the scenes

Protect brand standards, culture, and team accountability

Drive local marketing and review responses
