Broken Hearts Burger Club is on the hunt for a gun Store Manager to take the reins at our busiest location in Morningside.

We’re known for our smashed patties, loud vibes, and loyal following — and now we need a leader who can match that energy out front while keeping things tight behind the scenes.

Our current chef/manager is ready for a change of pace, so we’re looking for someone who’s got solid hospitality management experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can lead a team with confidence, clarity, and a good sense of humour.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience managing a high-volume kitchen or restaurant

Great with people — both team and customers

Able to run a shift like a well-oiled grill

Attention to detail (without killing the vibe)

Ready to own the role and grow with the brand
