LOCATION: Fully Remote (Only those with full working rights in Australia)
WORK TYPE: Contract, Trial-to-Permanent
DAYS REQUIRED: Saturday, Sunday, Monday (compulsory), with view to increase after trial. Must be willing to work a minimum of 8 hours over the weekend.
EARNINGS: Commissions only. Potential to earn $15k+ per month for the ideal candidate.

🎯 The Role
You’ll be selling high-ticket coaching and education programs via video call. This is a fully remote opportunity, ideal for a seasoned closer who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
We are offering a 4-week trial (paid via commissions earned) for the right candidate, with the intention to move you to full time hours after your successful completion of the trial. You must always have at least 8 hours of weekend availability as part of your KPIs for this position. The successful applicant will start by covering Saturday, Sunday, and Monday - no exceptions.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
This role is not for the faint of heart. We’re looking for a true A-player who:
Has 1+ years of experience selling high-ticket offers ($5k+) with proven results. During the interview process, you will be asked for evidence of your past closing experience and results.
Is data and KPI-driven, motivated by performance and results - not hand-holding.
Can own their sales process and take responsibility for their own outcomes.
Thrives under pressure, adapts quickly, and maintains composure when stakes are high.
Aligns with our fast-paced, no-excuses culture where results speak louder than words.
Is self-motivated, solutions-focused, and committed to continuous improvement.
Plays for the team, not against it - we don’t tolerate toxic energy or internal competition. We win together.
Can work independently, take feedback like a pro, and doesn’t require constant oversight or micro-management.
📅 Your Schedule:
Saturday, Sunday, Monday availability is non-negotiable (this is when we are busiest).
After the initial 4-week trial, high-performers will be expected to increase to 35-40 hours a week - while still covering the 3 core days.
