The Role
Working on a rotating roster of 4 nights on, 4 nights off, you’ll be the first point of contact for IT support queries across a wide range of devices and systems. You will:
- Provide Level 1 support for desktop applications, PCs, laptops, tablets, iPads, and iPhones
- Log and resolve incidents efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Communicate clearly and positively with users, providing status updates and guidance
- Use remote tools and monitoring systems to assist with issue resolution
- Document and escalate more complex technical problems as needed
You
We’re looking for a tech-savvy, customer-focused individual with:
- Previous experience in a Service Desk or call centre support role
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
- The ability to explain solutions in plain language
- Effective time management and a calm, solutions-focused approach
Technical Skills:
- Windows 10
- Microsoft 365
- Active Directory
- LAN/WAN fundamentals
- Experience using remote support tools
