UX/UI Designer – Retail & eCommerce Focus
We’re looking for a detail-driven UX/UI Designer to join a cross-functional digital team within a well-established ASX-listed business. You’ll be responsible for shaping intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital experiences across a suite of retail and eCommerce platforms. This is a hands-on role where you’ll own the design system, work closely with developers and product teams, and play a key part in elevating the customer journey.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing and optimising end-to-end user experiences from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes
• Conducting user research, usability testing and behavioural analysis to inform design decisions
• Building and maintaining a scalable design system in Figma
• Ensuring designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and work seamlessly across devices
• Collaborating in an Agile environment with developers, product owners, and solution architects
• Supporting the creation of reusable UI components to speed up development and drive consistency

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio across web or eCommerce projects
• Proficiency in Figma and comfort managing design systems
• Strong user research and testing capabilities, with a data-informed design approach
• Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility principles
• Bonus: Experience in digital retail, eCommerce, or conversion-focused design
